Customers are not required to be home during time of service. We do ask for easy access to the cleaning area and that aggressive dogs be locked up during service. We'll send a text notification when we're on our way, ensuring your always informed of our arrival.

It depends on how far out you are. If your area is somewhat or a little out of our service area, we will do our best to try to service you however, we will have to charge an additional fee to cover that extra mileage and time it takes to get to you.

Sure! We love dogs and would be happy to clean your property with them outside as long as they are friendly and allow us to do our jobs

To ensure the welfare of your pets, we take several precautions: we'll send you a text message when we are on our way, and after each service we will provide a photo of your securely closed gate. Additionally, we sanitize our equipment and shoes with kennel grade disinfectant after each cleanup to prevent cross-contamination.
